When we arrived at the hotel, the man at the front desk said he didn't have our reservation. I showed him my agoda account and the emails that I received and he still couldn't locate our booking. He then handed us keys to 2 rooms so we assumed that he found our booking. When we walked up stairs to the rooms they were nothing like the rooms that we had booked. We had booked two superior rooms and the rooms we got were really small and nothing like the photos. So then we went downstairs and told him and he said "oh you booked superiors okay here's 2 different keys. So then we went upstairs and the new rooms that we got were terrible. They both smelled like mold , the decals on the walls were falling off, and one of the rooms had a huge hole in the ceiling with a bucket sitting underneath it and the mold smell in that room was suffocating. We went downstairs to tell the guy that we wanted to leave and he was gone. We then left and booked another hotel and returned the keys rhe next day
