budget hotel with warm welcome

phantipha residence is very clean, room is spacious and comfortable. hotel is well maintained and clean. the staff are nice and pleasant which makes guests feel good and welcomed.
the hotel has a very good location in the center of the main khon kaen city, close to central plaza. it is quite easy to find transport to go places.
with the price i paid i think this is really a bargain for what i get. really worth it!

Right in the city
Good enough , cheap , 200m from central plaza , tricky parking but ok for 1 night stay .

Large clean rooms good shower coffee in rooms pleasent staff. In a central location but off the main Rd no traffic noise,no complaints at all.

Great quiet place.
Always a great stay here. Security in the parking lot is #1! Room comfort is excellent!
