I stayed 2 nights in the Horizon Deluxe room which very spaceous, comfortable bed, stunning high ceiling feature and had a lovely leafy outlook on to the pool. The room had a large bathroom with fabulous shower and a separate room with bathtub. The bathroom products/toiletries were adequate but nothing special considering the price and star rating of resort. Some staff were very friendly, others not as helpful - check in wasn't great and I was spoken rudely to on the phone when making an enquiry from my room . The pools and restaurants were great including a nice breakfast buffet selection. I would stay again if in this area.

Awesome hotel, you should stay here when u come to phuket!
