Disappointed because we have 4 ppls to check in. When we arrived the hotel. They told me included kid only available 3 ppls to stay. So we suggested to pay additional charge for extra bed. They rejected our requirement. I went to travel for different countries and never encountered this situation. I thought service to customer is the 1st priority for the Hotel industry. Management should handle different case for the customer requirement.
