Great Resort!

The staff were super friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the pools are clean and gorgeous. We loved the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of options. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.
There were a couple of things that were disappointing. We unable to get a early check-in and late check-out but that's understandable because the hotel was booked. My husband left his sneakers in the room during checkout at 12pm and the staff did not notice and if they did they did not let us know that it was found in the room. We were at the hotel until 6:30pm that evening and did not receive any notification which was upsetting. But I can't blame the hotel for my husband not remembering to pack his sneakers.
Overall, the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again!
