As a father traveling alone with a 4yo child and having been to various 5star resorts in Phuket over many years, I’d say the service was 3.5 stars at best, they were not very attentive.
Cons: -My room was next to Banana pool which was playing loud Techno music throughout the day. -Requested for my daughters water bottle to be filled with room temperature water during breakfast, but was told by my waitress “Bow” to fill it up myself by the dispenser on the side (which was actually iced water). -Some parts of the Hotel grounds feel a bit dated. -Need a buggy to get from lobby to room. -Not enough loungers at Mango pool.
Pros: -Saving grace were the bell boys who tried their best to send us back asap to our room after a Long day. -The happy hour from 4-6pm. -Room was adequate.
