Not worth it

1. Pillows were not given as requested. 2. Body lotion was almost empty, the staff didn’t provide a new one when we checked in, we asked from front desk, however, they sent us 2 shampoo and 2 body wash, no body lotion given. 3. Ordered a buggy to the swimming pool right after we checked in. But the staff dropped us off at the private beach, he left within secs. We then had to walk under the hot sun without clear direction, found our way to The Restaurant and got the staff guided us to the pool. 4. The water in pool is ridiculously warm, no way to cool down in the hot weather 5. Breakfast buffet - not much varieties compared to other 5 stars resort I stayed before 6. We found that female staff is more friendly overall. 7. Furnitures are quite old and the paint patches are visibly on the wall 8. Disgusting smell from the sewage at the shower 9. The room is very dark at night 10. One of the very few thing good about the room is the bed, very comfy
