Disappointed

several times in Kao Lak, 1st time and last at Sensimar! Nice hotel but disappointing as 5*. Welcomed by a trainee with poor English.Smoking areas badly located! beach lounges in shade, glued to each other, no showers or rinse feet near beach! only few English channels . No shuttle to town for people who can't walk . Water leak from Ceiling, no apologies had to change room for no view room - after complaining got few cookies and Orchid! They could do so much better! I recommend Next door hotel the Laguna! Sorry

Beautiful hotel with all facilities
Despite the poor weather (season !), we had a nice stay in this hotel. Spacious rooms (stairs !!!) and great breakfast buffet.
