Great room, but service needs to be improved !

Nothing to fault with the room, but the front desk service needs to improve. The staff are mostly friendly and tries to help. But it took multiple attempts to get extra pillows which according to the reception that the hotel doesn't have extra. Also, they are unable to replenish anything after work hours as they do not have access to the housekeeping store. I think the management has to give their staff more autonomy in making small decisions that will make the guests' stay more comfortable and welcoming.

Very nice, clean and helpful staff
Traveling with a 3 year old, this place was a gem. Massage place just next door after a full days touring around. Free Breakfast menu had 2 options but were appetizing and deli.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful
Pros: fantasic staff! Go above and beyond! Clean rooms, BIG rooms. This cute hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Cons: none. Would 100 percent stay again
