Clean but hotel room is so so

The hotel was clean and new. The hotel is sweet to provide extra slippers other than bath slippers for customer, beach bag and swimming pool towels in the room.
But the hotel should take note of the sound isolation of the hotel room. I am awake from sleep at 4am in the morning due to the noises at the corridor, i can even hear whenever hotel guest passing by my room.
The hotel deposit charges was too expensive. I booked the room for RM 278 include tax per day, but the deposit is 3000 thai baht .
We booked three rooms. We got one room earlier than usual check in time but the other two rooms were later than 2.30 pm which the check in time is promised and stated at the receptionist. The hotel did not offer any vouchers or apologize for the late checkin. This is quite bad. The worst part is we only able to get the room around 3.40pm.

Helpful Staff and Great Location!
