Absolutely Amazing Hotel & Service

Found this hotel at a great price on Agoda. From the moment I walked in, the service was amazing. Check-in was basically me sitting in the upstairs lounge with a welcome drink while they took my bags to my room and I signed the form. They GM even stopped by to thank me for staying there and explain it was a new hotel. They upgraded my room and I had the most amazing bathroom, amenities and view from the bath tub. There was a flatscreen tv, mini bar with free water, tea and coffee. Bed was so comfy and robes provided too. There's a lot of thought put into the room layout and extras. The wifi worked well and the rooftop pool had an amazing city view. I didn't have the breakfast but room service the night before was delicious and so beautifully made. The hotel is right next to the train and good proximity to shopping areas (although far from downtown sights). I would definitely recommend it and would stay again when in Bangkok! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Highly recommended!!

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the afternoon snacks and breakfast buffet are excellent, the roof top pool and bar have stunning views. A lovely place to stay in Bangkok

Room was beautiful, rooftop pool gorgeous to use for the kids and the complimentary afternoon tea was an amazing bonus. The kids were free as we all fit into a king bed so was amazing value for money.
