Simply over-rated

To sum up the deficiencies:- 1. Although a quiet room on higher floor was being requested but I was given a room on the 8/F directly facing a flyover. Sound insulation was poor leading to tremendous amount of noise day and night. 2. Headroom is relatively low. 2. Room maintenance not up to standard having bath tub clogged, bedside lamp not working, loosening of toilet seat. 3. Staff handling my check out was disinterested in her job, thus enjoying web surfing rather than interacting with me. 4. It took more than 5 minutes for the housekeeping to check the room upon check-out so that the cash deposit can be refunded.

Luxury stay at an affordable price
