1. Free upgrade as they are still relatively new
2. Clean spacious room with super comfy bed
3. Lots of amenities from hair conditioner to bath bomb to room slipper
4. Soundproof walls
5. Location is slightly off town hence good for exploration if you are sick of the touristy town area
- point:
1. Wifi isn’t smooth
2. TV kept lagging & hanging (but I think is due to some sun outrage that the country is doing?)
3. Toilet bowl is at the door entrance while sink is at the other end with the bath tub, very inconvenient as we have to walk past the bed just to wash our hands
4. Even though we have put “Do Not Disturb” sign, they still called to ask if we want to clean our rooms (1st morning) & cleaned our room in the later afternoon while we out (2nd morning). So the “Do Not Disturb” sign is meaningless?
5. Was told to wait upon checking out but staff did not return to us to inform that it’s all good to go. We went to ask him when we saw 3 other couples cleared their check outs even though they came later than us. Time wasted as we wanted to have a quick lunch before heading for airport.
