Way overrated

- Our room was not ready at the check-in time, and the check-in process was quite slow. Additionally, we had to give a 2000THB cash deposit. - The rooftop pool is very small. - The Wifi was quite poor, we could barely connect from our room. Additionally it was necessary to re-login to the wifi each time if we ever went to a different floor - The water in the hotel took a long while to get hot, and was barely hot enough for a bath - Check-out took a long time while we waited to get our deposit back.
Would not recommend. The only good thing about this place was that it is very convenient for getting to the airport via MRT.

very impressive facade and welcoming staff. So convenient as it's a 5 mins walk to the train station. Will book again if we visit bangkok.
