I booked a room for three for 4 days because of such nice recent reviews on Agoda. But I can say that I completely regret it. We arrive at 10pm for check in. The room wasn't ready. No extra bed was there. It took the staff an hour to sort everything out including changing our room. The toiteries were bad. The shower area doesn't have a place to put toiletries. Shelves in the room were still dusty. Breakfast was bad. The hotel is tailored to Chinese tour groups. I only ate breakfast there on the first morning and didn't touch it again. There were no bell boys to take your luggage. So we had to carry them to and from our room by ourselves. Don't book this hotel and be disappointed. 70% of the guests are from Chinese tour groups - there is nothing wrong thing it. But if you expect a quiet vacation with international standard service for normal guests, this is not the place. Most of the food at breakfast are for Asians and as a Thai, I don't even like it. The a/c in my room didn't work properly. We ended up sleeping on a warm room for 3 nights. The only positive things about this hotel are that the room was generally clean and if you called for help because there was something wrong with the room, the staff responded to you. And that's pretty much it. I recommend to stay away from this place.
