Good location, clean rooms, but...

Pros: -good location right on beach -clean, comfortable rooms -great AC -clean hotel property, but... Cons: -The beach was heartbreakingly dirty and we went elsewhere to lay on the beach -a local told us they don’t clean it until high season on the beach in this area -beaches in Khlong Nin and the bay in the south ALL cleaned their beaches (I’m writing this from one of those beach front properties)
To the hotel: we would have extend our stay happily if the beach had been clean. People want to stay at your property because of its AMAZING location right on the beach. If you are going to be open during low season and ask people to pay to stay there, take the time to clean he beach directly in front. Your property is beautiful but that made us leave. Put the same effort into your beach if not for the customers then for the island.
If you are coming during low season stay in the nin beach or southern areas.
