very bad

they would not check us out early enough to catch the ferry almost missed called and waited an hour no show. then we left them a note and ask them to mail our 2000 thosand baht deposit we had to call and ask them to mail to us they said theu did not have time thanks to one of our friends who live there they went down to get our deposit back they were so rude we book alot of our rooms through you we expect an apology from this hotel we take care of 12 thai children and booked two double room even did not ask for a refund left a day early thankyou
