Receptionist should learn to smile, be nicer, and more helpful.

I stayed one night on 16th April 2017 with my friend. The resort is at Lonely Beach, which is a bit from the pier, it is surrounded by many pubs, restaurants, marts, which is very convenient to almost everything. But to go there you have to ride or drive carefully at a very sharp curve, which is very very steep and very dark at night time.
The resort is nice, clean, and near by the stoney beach that I don't recommend to swim in order to avoid any sharp stones. The hotel sign at the main road is small no light and cannot see at night time, we got lost that night when we rode motor back to hotel, and it took us 30mn to find it.
Actually, I am supposed to rate this hotel 4 stars, but the receptionist's frown and unfriendly face really destroyed my expectations. He did not even smile at us or saying some friendly words to welcome us, and did not even say Thank you when we checked out.
Should I go back to stay there again to see his unfriendly face? Hell.... no... I don't want to pay my moneys for that.

Cheap but room too small
Resort is well located, you can easily find place to eat, drink etc. But room is very small, doeasn't have space to leave your lagguage. Not clean, though. Good for one night stay to find better place... อ่านต่อ
