Beautiful view
To be honest I was not happy with them this time.
I have been to this resort 2 times and so far this is the worst experience.
1.We found out the room we paid its cheaper if you ask them at the door,we saw someone get the ac room 850 bhat a nite.
2.The resort next to it ,its under construction,if you want to have a cozy morning its not gonna happen
3.the staff is very unfriendly,our room was just next to the construction so i told the staff if there is any vacancy please let us know so we can change,they said yes.but the next day we saw lots of room is avalible when we asked for it they just lied in front of us ,untill we said the actual room number they are really not happy and finally let us change.
4.the water volume of the shower is like nothing,it takes at least 30 mins to have a "quick shower"
5.when we ask for toilet paper its took a day to get it ,they will always say to u yeah we told the maid they will bring it to u,i went to the reception and tell them can i just get it from here,no u must get it from the maid .
6.the bed has lots of ants on it .
I was nothing but disappointed this time,i hope they can go back the resort i used to know
good friendly staff and good service.
