nice pool, unfriendly receptions

The room and pool are nice enough. However the reception staff are very reluctant to help. Their attitude is unfriendly and uncaring. We had some troubles with the room. In the end the agoda helped. Seems like the staff here are not getting proper payment so that they don't care about the job. After all, the value is not bad. If you do not care about the service, I'd say the room and facilities are good enough.
