Relaxing Getaway- Great Staff

We had a great time at Khum Lanta. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful in arranging activities like hiking, and transportation. The room was huge, and comes with a kitchen and bathroom. While we were there (Nov 2013) they were adding onto the resort, but this was not a big deal other than making it less convenient to use the gorgeous pool. The nearby beach is great, but the sand has a lot of shells on it and there are only a few areas that are free from lots of rocks in the water. Long Beach is better if you want soft sand.
If you go here, you must stop in to Pinky's Cafe. The owner is very sweet and the food is great. She would even go to the nearby convenience store and buy us drinks if she did not have them in stock!

Amazing stay, will be coming back
