Disappointing, badly designed rooms

The standard poolside rooms were big but badly designed- inside was a small, dark, smelly bedroom with no windows and hence no airflow. Despite having the outside door open in the cool evenings and then having the fan (which is not a ceiling fan, it'sa noisy floor fan) on in the bedroom it was super hot and stuffy. Our son developed heat rush on his back. There were also no mosquito nets, so after having the door open all evening you suffered from mosquitos in the night. When we went to discuss our dilemma with the staff they said there was nothing they could do for us. Also, the hotel pics are misleading- this is not actually on the beach. They have no access to the beach; you need to go to the main road and then enter the beach through the eco coco lodge. The no refund policy is there for a reason, to be avoided at all costs.
