Beautiful Room - Services Lacking

Was a gorgeous room for the price - huge, comfortable, very clean. It is a bit out of the way but that is how I like my hotels. What it really lacked was facilities basically its rooms and a restaurant, no amenities but it is very new (open 8 months) perhaps they are planning on building them.

The stay overall was great until the last day when things fell apart a bit. Starting with no left luggage service while we waited out the last couple hours after check out. I have never been to a hotel that would not look after baggage for guests in all my years of travel. They did finally concede and take care of them for us.

Restaurant also fell apart last day up until this point food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Last day we were served our food one at a time with long intervals I got mine last and two of our party was finished and the third halfway when I got mine and to top it off the Hotel Taxi pops in and tells me to hurry up and eat or they will not take us to the bus terminal.

Needless to say this last day spoiled what would have been a stellar review (sans amenties that is)

I would stay again but only if all comparable hotels were full. Nothing severely wrong bit nothing memorably right either
