Good location but dirty rooms and bad service

The location is perfect for everyone who love to stay at a quiet and nice area.
But the room was dirty especially the sheets and the towels have been very dirty. If you ask for a new sheet they change, but you will get the same messy sheets and towels.
There have been ants everywhere, when I first came into the room they also have been in the bed. The following days the ants have been in the room and a lot in front of the door to the terrace. If you want to go outside, you had to step through the million of ants. The shower was also very bad, no water pressure at all and smelly water.
