First impression,we love our deluxe rooms.Everything looks just like what we expected from the photos online.I'm really not a fussy guest but the things I prioritize did not work really well in the room.The aircond is cold at times but most of the times it was lukewarm.Then we could not leave the keytag in the room or else there would be a fine.Referred this to the boss and he said that is the hotel system in Phuket.Checked with other hotels and they could give you a second keycard for a deposit,just in case you lose it.Hence,it would take time to cool the room in U Sabai Living.Also,the water pressure in my room is not as strong as my friend's on a lower level.Everything else was lovely.Laundry,tour stalls,Halal eateries and massage parlors can be found nearby.But next time I would prefer a hotel with better location just by the main road.

Good accomodation for the price
