Good location, practical and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service matters a lot.. Special mention to Tim, who did his job real well in serving our daily breakfast; the pretty, dark skinned lady at the reception desk who attended to any of our requests with a smile; and the lady who helped bring the birthday cake for my sister into our room and even sang joyfully with us. Keep it up!
Location is not too far from Bangla road and the beach. Hotel is near Jungceylon mall, night market, massage areas and there are a lot of other eating establishments in the vicinity.
It is definitely worth coming back to this hotel and absolutely recommendable.
