After arriving i was told that all the rooms are full. The owner was away and the staff person didn't know what to do with me. I wasted an hour until the owner finally picked up his phone. They told me to either book a room elsewhere or cancel my booking even though I have already paid for my room and it was already midnight. I had to argue before they agreed to pay for a room for me in another hotel (shouldn't this be obvious?). Finally they got me room in a nearby hotel (a cheaper one). Then i wasted another hour next day for check out/check in to move back to U Sabai. No complimentary breakfast, no "we are deeply sorry" or anything like that, just waste of time for me.
