Great Location and nice room

We are taking flight from bangkok to phuket. Arrive in the hotel around 11pm, since we are very tired, we want to check in directly to the hotel, but it seems the room is not yet available, so we decided to take a lunch first. around 12 pm we come back and we still ask to be waited since they are preparing the room. It seems they don't have enough staff to accommodate the things there. there was also a couple waiting with us for the room. they seems a little bit disappointed since they can;t check in to the room. the room is very nice with good shower and cold air con.
