Great little hotel wi good facilities,

This is a very good hotel for the money.  While the staff did not always have a very good standard of English, they were always willing to help and cheerfully there in the end.  They were great.
Some of the reviews of the beds and facilities are outdated now.  In particular, the beds are now very comfortable as they have invested in expensive toppers for the mattresses.
I would request a room at the back of the hotel as, through no fault of their own, the main road is very noisy at all hours, although is is a great opportunity to people-watch.
The manager - a farang himself - was extremely helpful.  As I stayed there for 2 weeks, he made sure everything was in pace for me to have a great time.
Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, fairly big rooms but a bit noisy.

Lovely hotel and close to Patong beach
