Don’t believe the pictures

There’s no hotel pick ups available even though it says they offer it. Its up a giant hill that only offers transportation a few times a day, the staff was rude and unavailable. There was a roach in my room, hair in my bed, and the floor was filthy. I cried the first night I was there, never complain but couldn’t spend another night there, the gentleman at the front desk was yelling at me (I work in customer service, so I never raised my voice and was trying to calmly explain how it wasn’t what was expected), they finally gave me another room. It was completely different. The “water view” is of a gross pond with a tank in it too. BUT, after all of that, if you still decide to book with them, get the deluxe. For the love of God, don’t get the standard.

This hotel suitable for family
The places really like the forest, fresh air, and cool temperature during night day.

Rooms given were old n bed full of ants. Staff was not very helpful
Access to hotel was not convenient for family as it is long way uphill. But view is good at the resort.

not worth to stay
Located at up hill, resort was below standard, breakfast is not good. Stay somewhere else..
