Was given a room with a broken wall, which was stuffed with paper. Requested a change in room and was given a new one, but it contained blood and hair in the bedsheets. Resort was only capable of suggesting alternative resorts did not accommodate my 8-night stay.
Requested a refund to the resort multiple times. Every time, the request was refused.
This resort cares more about making money than satisfying customers.

Shame
For what it cost, it’s good value. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. Such a shame, I bet it was beautiful in its hey day.

Stay Elsewhere. Seriously.
