Big room, good location. No lift or breakfast available

The room and bathroom are big and comfortable. However, there is no lift in this hotel, a small inconvenience if you bring heavy luggages. It also does not have breakfast, but in front of the hotel there is Ben's House, a kind of restaurant with a nice buffet and honest price (150 bath - US$ 5). The location is good, you can go walking through the main points of Ao Nang.
~ We spent 4 nights at this hotel and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, however one day a cockroach appeared in the bathroom, which seemed to be an isolated problem, perhaps has something to do with insect pest control or old plumbing.
