Great hospitality but not environmentaly friendly

I really enjoyed my time in Khao Lak and Fasai House. There are few things that I would slightly improve for the place to become more environmentally friendly. Nowadays, many hotels replace towels only on request which saves a lot of water, energy and detergents. At Fasai House they are ‘nice’ enough to provide two clean towels every day - i would make it an option for guests. Also, two small bottles of water are left in the room every day - this creates a lot of plastic waste. I would recommend a free water dispenser for guests to use. Also the water in the sink was running the whole time, although i asked to have it fixed. The staff was really nice and helpful!

Lovely stay
