Disappointed

Older resort that could use some freshen up. Sewer Cock Roach ran across the villa floor #314. Air-conditioning drains onto the patio/balcony causing wet spot in the ground. No toothbrush provided or bonus toiletries provided. Pizza in the restaurant was a disappointment. Not for the disabled or elders because so many stairs. Definitely not 4 star.
