Nice location. The boss is pretty pushy and the staffs will wait outside until you leave which makes you uncomfortable. Inflexible boss which ruined the otherwise ok experience. I have stayed many many different hotels in Thailand, this was the worst experience with a boss.
Toilet has a strong pungent smell.

Hi recommend this villa,just walk below 5min will arrive 7-11 and tesco lotus,very clean,were very enjoy on this villa,we hope we can stay here again.
