I’m happy with the location and the price. However, the room that we stayed in was different from the pictures that I saw online. It should be two single beds but they gave us one queen bed plus a small bed. And the mattresses were so hard. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor. And there was no duvet for the small bed. Only a thing blanket. And when I reported the problem the staff told me that’s what they have for the small bed. Then they told me I needed to pay for extra duvet. But I didn’t have a duvet in the first place, a thing blanket doesn’t count as proper duvet. And the kid was very cold through the night. So I said to them this is not acceptable. So the staff gave me one more blanket (because that’s what they got) and didn’t ask me to pay for it. It’s very disappointing that a hotel doesn’t have proper duvet. Hopefully they’ll get better but this will be the first and the last time that I stay with them.
