Not a 4-star by any stretch

I booked another hotel as I coule not bare to stay her3.

This one is definitely not 4 star as advertised. Pictures are misleading. I specifically booked something more expensive to ensure that I got superior quality unfortunately I did not find it.

Few notes:

1. Hotel has a bed in the passages at the elevator (I have never in my life seen a 4star hotel do that)

2. Bathroom floor and corners are dirty, rusty or full of grime.

3. Passage and room smells dingy.

The hotel refused to refund my booking even after I checked out within the hour of checking in.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, good location. I’d definitely come back.

Good heritage hotel.
The swimming pool is nice but the gym has nothing. This is a well equipped hotel with an ethnic touch. Rooms are small though

absolutely brilliant

The price were really good, with hotel location in the heart of patong area
