Very frustrated stay

I really felt helpless of the first night. We checked in late around mid-night. The room 314 found smelly and dirty. We asked for room change, however the overnight shift staff refused without checking any Possibility. He just show me he doesn’t care. How come a customer being treated like this. This hotel get a higher scores in recommend. I’ve never experienced like this before. Beside the staff bad attitude and dirty bathroom. I would like to thanks to the Front office manager who help us for the room change in the second day. I just can’t imagine if I need to stay in the smelly room for 4 nights !

Overall a budget hotel with dirty rooms to non-changing of dirty glasses
