We had a very unpleasant experience upon checking in.we booked a fantastic suite. The reception informed us that we could only check in after 5 pm because the previous guest is a Priviledged member and the hotel had agreed to allow him to check out at 4 pm.we felt so unfairly treated. Hence we insisted that we would want to check in at 3 pm which was the agreed check in time.The reception said they would try their best but no promises. We roamed on the streets aimlessly and waited to check in at 3 pm. All the while our holiday mood had been spolit and we wondered whether we would be given a room at 3 pm. We were under tremendous stress as a consequence.Although we were given room when we went back at 3 pm , our stress and the unfair treatment we went through could never be compensated. We only have a simple solution: we would never choose this hotel ever.

Disappointing
