It was a delightful experience as usual

This time round I had a delay in terms of check in (till around 4.30pm) and had to wait for the non-smoking room to be ready but I had a drink on the house whilst waiting so it was genuinely appreciated given the rush and significant wait since exiting the airport enroute to the hotel. I also loved the peace and tranquillity of the pool, and working out at the gym - all in all, it’s the little things that count and these value-add to the positive experience.
