Good location

It was a great experience as the hotel is nice and the location is perfect. the staff are helpful although there was a minor mistake that they arranged us into the smoking floor whereas non-smoking was our request. They immediately re-arranged us to another non-smoking room. They are all nice. Remember to show that you are guest of W Bangkok if you dine at Ku De Ta located at Sathorn house (next to the hotel). You'll get a discount of 20% off.

Super Comfortable bed
