The resort is AMAZING! It was quiet and gorgeous!

My wife and I stayed at the Marisa Resort for 3 days. We fly into Chiang Mai and rented a motorcycle for 150 Baht a day. We drove it all the way to Chiang Dao where the resort is. It was a long time to be on a motorcycle, but the view was worth it. Upon arriving at the resort, the receptionist was very kind. Even though the place had many guests, we felt like we were alone because it is so hidden away in the mountains. There is a river that runs through the resort. It is extremely calm and beautiful. The hotel owner was from the Netherlands and was very helpful as he explained in English what to do and where to go.

Nice resort in quiet location
