Great location. Real place looks better than photos.

Near Huahin night market and the train station. Quiet and comfortable. It's run by a family, they are very nice. Many food stalls nearby, cheap and delicious.
Note that there is no elevator so if you carry big luggage, it's a little difficult but the host will help you. Photos on agoda do look worse then reality, which made me surprised when I arrived.

Great place to recharge
A perfect place to stay when exploring Hua Hin. Air conditioning is excellent. Bed is comfortable and clean. Great value for money.

Nice
The hotel do not have the lift, so you need to climb the stairs. Better choose the room that have aircond, because it is kind of hot at Hua Hin

Good stay
Enjoyed the stay. Clean room, good location, friendly staff. This hotel is not very well known by locals despite it is in strategic location.
