When I got there the receptionist asked me if I wanted to upgrade to an A/C room as it was a Thai holiday weekend and when I booked they only had a room with fan. She wanted another hundred baht a night but I gave here one hundred baht for my two night stay and told her to be satisfied. There's no elevator here so watch out if you stay on the too floor(4th floor)
Quite well furnished and clean, 1 bottle of complimentary water, plenty of toilet paper the only problem I had with the rooms were that they were as bright as daylight as soon as the sun came up because of the positioning of the building. The light colored paper thin curtains did nothing to help. I prefer dark rooms while I'm on holiday, in order to sleep better. The rooms are quiet though. The building itself is built like an oblong box so the light floods into the building at daybreak. Not recommended for nocturnal revelers.
