Lovely!

We are a family of four and we stayed here for 3 nights. We had a gorgeous room - 3106. It was massive with comfy beds.
Everything was great but the one thing that let the hotel down was the service. There was very much a lack of it. They didn't quite understand room service and there was never any one around to service the guests. It felt like we were there off peak when they were running on minimal staff, but we weee there in the run up to Christmas which is a peak period.
