Remarkably consistent

I've stayed here several times over the past 5 years and always found the rooms spotless and the staff efficient. But tourists shouldn't expect the receptionist to be a concierge. This is primarily a commercial hotel with a customer base of Thai business travelers.

Okay hotel for a short period
