Very friendly staff. There is a 30baht toll to get into the area, which means that there is very little traffic in the area, which is good overall because the hotel vicinity is quiet.
Thankfully, the hotel is about a minute's walk from the toll booth. So I dropped off at the toll booth and saved myself 30 baht.
Although the website says no breakfast, there is free toast, jam and coffee.
