value for money, many rooms without windows, but it’s ok

Our flight delayed, so we arrived after midnight. We checked-in and got the room, while we realized that the room type given to us was wrong. What we booked is a superior room. So we asked for change, unfortunately we found that the superior room is close to the street and many of air condition external units, which are very noisy. Then we decided to change the room type. The reception told us that they could not refund the difference, we should contact with Agoda if we request for the money back. It’s very complicated. We negotiated with the hotel and finally got a satisfied alternative solution. Everything is fine except this matter.

First stay at Chang Siam / will stay again

Hotel is good, but can be better.
The hotel overall is good , we spend total of 5 nights here . But the smoking area is at the corridor which I don't like .

Value for money
Stay here many times and still the same. Just for sleeping and shower. Location is good, lots of things to eat in the neighbour n' 7/11 just right in the cornor. The sink was not flow properly n'show... อ่านต่อ
