You definately need a vehicle to stay at this accomodation.It is located about 3 Kim’s from the town of Phen which has a market and supermarket and some food outlets. It also has a hospital and the local borough offices .We stayed in the budget rooms for 3 nights.They were clean and housekeeping came in on a daily basis.Plenty of parking and we also made use of the nearby sala for our early morning coffee( need to bring your own kettle and coffee).The restaurant on site is open every day from 9 am to 9 pm.

It was Ok but basic but so was the price, the aircon did not work well and it would have been better had there been a fan in the room this is countrystyle guest accomodation, well away from cities

A dump in the middle of no where
No restaurant...chef sick small room everything worn out. Dripping shower head. Not worthy of one star.

Good, basic accommodation, friendly people.
Nice little motel complex with a pool, food was ok, nice to sit by pool and have a beer, people very helpful (normal Thai) no problems at all.

値段を考えれば充分な印象です。ホテル自体がほとんど無い場所なので、ある意味貴重な存在。近隣にPTT（ガソリンスタンド）併設のコーヒーアマゾン、セブンイレブンがありますが、レンタカーやバイクなど無い場合は移動が困難です。夜間の徒歩など無謀です。 トイレの詰まりにもご注意。 上記条件をクリアすれば、とても良い施設です。少規模プールあり。

เป็นที่พักที่โครตสกปรก ไม่คุ้มกับเงินที่จ่ายไป พนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง น้ำสกปรก แอร์​ไม่เย็น ผ้าเช็คตัวเหมือนไม่ได้ซัก ราคานี้มีที่อื่นดีกว่าคะ
