great staff

I was robbed in Pattaya (not recommended city), i had booked 1 room at Siam Paradise Hotel before, i thought i was going to add 1 more room for my cousins who was with me in the travel (we were a group of 4), but because of the robbery i lost my passpor, money (that include the money to add the room) and credit card. With the understanding and really helpful staff of this hotel. I manage to stay and get back to my country without any delay or another obstacle, they even gave us extra room to stay that day. Thank you so much Siam Paradise Hotel and staffs.

Hard bed. Poss credit card scam

Ease of traveling to & from Don Muang airport, other than that its off the beaten track in Bangkok & there are better locations to stay. Consider only, if you have to travel via Don Mueang Airport.

Positive, but be aware of location. Busy road, rooms not quiet. Vip = standard.
Asked for quiet rooms, got rooms next to a very busy road. Windows cannot shut completely so very noisy. Beds are very hard! (We had hoped for a good rest after a night flight). When you book the vip ... อ่านต่อ
